I understand that cancellations happen, I do require 48 hour notice for cancellations. If a cancellation happens within less then 48 hours 50% of the appointment will be charged to the card on file. If you don’t show up to your appointment or canceling same day as your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. Anything past 30 minutes of the scheduled time of your appointment is considered a now show. I do not issue refunds.
